Elite EMS is a state certified ALS transport and transfer company in Mobile County. In the past year, we have partnered with Mobile infirmary to provide inter-facility transfer services from the Freestanding ED in Saraland to all major hospitals in the Southeast. We have a rich history in Emergency Medicine and are passionate about the patient care that our ALS crews provide. Our crews are certified on portable ventilators and medication pumps along with certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
